Clocktower Cars UK offers refunds for prepaid bookings under specific conditions to ensure fairness for both customers and our service.
Prepaid fares are non-refundable after the vehicle dispatch time, but full refunds apply if we cancel due to unforeseen issues like vehicle breakdown.
Cancellations must be made via phone, app, or website/email with your booking reference.
More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund (minus £5 admin fee).
2–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
Less than 2 hours or no-show: No refund.
Late cancellations incur charges to cover driver time. We reserve the right to charge the full fare for repeats.
